Superior Court of Washington For King County Decree of Adoption granted Gary Edward Allen and Mary Alice Allen (maiden name Cousins) adoption of “Baby Boy Preuss”. Gary and Mary were told Preuss was the last name of birth mother and that she was a 21 year old college student and the birth father was a little older‚ musical and 6’tall. Mary Allen had been a nurse in the newborn nursery at Providence hospital and knew the labor‚ delivery and nursery staff. David’s delivery doctor was Robert J.
