I am helping a friend who was born at Tacoma General Hospital in Tacoma Washington. He is 54 years old. He was born on Dec 14 1963. He said he was adopted at 3 months. He said his birth mom was 19 years old and he was told his birth dad was in the military at Ft. Lewis in Lakewood Wa and that his dad was 21 years old. He was adopted by his parents and lived locally in Tacoma. He said his records were sealed but he is open to meeting his birth parents and would welcome that. Im trying to help him.
