I was taken to an orphanage in Gangeung‚ South Korea by my maternal grandmother and dropped off with the director at Pentecost Orphanage. I lived in the Pentecost Orphanage for about 1.5 years and then was adopted by an American family in October 1985 through Eastern Child Welfare Society. I was successful in finding one of the aunties that took care of me. I hope to find a family member one day.
