Searching for my half sister Ashley, she was born April 27 in 1986 or ‘87. I know that date is for sure I was there. I held her once and have never seen her again. I don’t know what her last name became I was told she was living in Washington state it was a closed adoption I believe somehow through our church at the time born in Oregon
