Jim was born on April 20th or 21st in 1944 in Walla Walla Washington. There is a military base there and a womens and mens prison. After his adpted parents died he found out he was adopted. A picture he found had the name Little Jimmie Bowen on the back. He figures it is him since they kdpt his first name James and they called him Jimmie. He moved to Spirit lake Idaho with the family when he was probably a year or a little older. Jim Sedlmayer. His dad was Ed Sedlmayer(adopted dad) I forget his mom’s name. He thinks he was adopted out of the Catholic charities. Good luck to all of you looking for family. I wish you well
