Hi! My cousins would like to meet their brother, he was adopted because his birth mom was 16 and unable to care for the child. Since the day he was adopted she has been depressed and and now almost unable to care for my cousins. I’d like to find him and contact his parents just to talk to them and see if they would be willing to let him meet or talk to his sisters. I was also adopted and I feel like I’d be the best person to try and talk to the parents.
