my youngest 3 children 2 daughters, Talon 18 today and laralye almost 11 and my son Trajan almost 10 OPEN adoption 8+ yrs ago new parents required to provide and maintain contact info..ETC never did or have cps and dshs instantly said out of their hands never giving me info... snohomish co. wa. talon is now 18 so i beg for help to find my "stolen children"
