Hello‚ my name is Jennifer. I was born in Tacoma Washington and was told my birth name was Melissa. I was adopted is Washington by a couple with the last name Lamar. The husband was in the military. My adoptive parents did not have a lot of information to give me. Just that my birth mother was young (maybe 13 or 14) when she had me. I went into foster care after my birth. I was placed with my adoptive parents possibly 6 -8 weeks later.
