I was born in Spokane Washington May 2 1970 at St Luke’s hospital (I’m pretty sure that was the name of the hospital). I was told that my birth mother was very young around 13-16 yrs old and birth father was similar age range. My adopted parents names are on my birth certificate not my biological parents so I do not know names or addresses of them.
