My dad‚ David Alan Lukenbill‚ was adopted by my grandparents Reull and Lavone Lukenbill in Olympia Washington not sure when the exact adoption date is but the only thing we know was according tomy grandmother (Lavone) the birth certificate originally had no fathers name and the mothers name was Jacqueline Blackburn. My dads Original name given at birth was James Allen Blackburn. He was born on May 10th 1966 and to this day has no clue to whom his original birth parents are‚ so i‚ David’s son David am conducting a search to see what i can uncover because hes secretly always been curious about it but is very proud of the parents that raised him‚ so if you have any info please feel free to message <3 and thank you.
