Hi "Stephen‚" I'm Tim. I was born Richard Waters on 05/10/1961. I think you may be my half-brother. If I am right‚ our mother was called Evelyn Waters. I was born in a nursing home in Tiddington‚ a very small village just outside Stratford-upon-Avon. My adoptive parents first met me at 2‚ Guild Street in Stratford on Tuesday‚ 31st October at 10:30 am. They then took me home to Sutton Coldfield. Evelyn is described as being 5'2" tall with a slim build and brown hair. She was 25 years old when she had me. She had already had given birth to two children. The first in 1957‚ and the second in 1959. You are the only baby born in the Warwick area in 1957 whose mother was called Walters. I was able to find that Evelyn had married in 1969. From that information‚ I was able to contact her. I sent her photos of my two children‚ but she did not want to continue communicating.
