I am looking for my Brother. His name is Justin Glyn Elwyn Morgan and he was born in Swansea‚ South Wales. I myself was brought up in care from around 4 years old until I was around 14 or 15. I have never met him and I very much doubt he even knows that I exist as my Mothers name was Pamela Phillips but he is declared as Morgan and not Phillips on his birth certificate which leads me to believe that he was given up immediately.
