hi looking for my only brother (same mum & dad). He is 18 months younger than me and was born in Rhuddlan. He was adopted to a family in Holyhead Anglesea called Jones where they owned a family bike shop. He was under Denbighshire county council social services for some sort of abuse from our birth Mother Michelle Wynne ( was Henderson). Our fathers name is Gary Wynne. MY brothers name is Richard Carl he was Wynne on his birth cert but may have suspected he changed to adoptive name of Jones.
