My name is Jasmine I am looking for my father’s birth family. His adopted parents named Richard lee Jeffers . But his birth mother named him chad Roman ziggermin or zigermone ( not sure how to spell or pronunciation of last name so it could be a little off ) . My father is now in his 50s and knows nothing about his birth mother or father. His adopted mother and father are now deceased so I can not get any information from them . When his adopted mother was alive she did say that she adopted him at 7 months old and he was dropped off to the Norfolk general hospital . That is all that I know also I am my father’s only child and I am desperately searching for my biological grandmother and family on my fathers side .
