I am looking for my brother who is about 14 years old as of 2012. His name is Jeffrey or Jeffery. I know he was possibly adopted as a toddler by a family in New York or stayed in Virginia. Our father’s name is Paul Douglas Yopp and I am unsure of his mothers name. I have reason to believe that about a year ago he was trying to find my dad. I have been trying to find him for a few years now, but him not being of legal age has made it hard. I am unsure of the county he was adopted from but it was most likely in the Western part of Virginia.
