My mother had a son in Richmond‚ Virginia‚ sometime in either Late December 1966 or early 1967. She said the place was affiliated with the Salvation Army and she stayed in a maternity house and gave birth at that home. She said the person who was in charge was named Ms. Bishop. My mother has tried for years to locate and get information‚ she said the records were burned. I see alot of people saying the same but she is not exactly sure where she was‚ as she had only just arrived to Virginia. We have no more information. I don’t even have an exact birthday. I am guessing the years to my best guess‚ according to my mother. Any help would be fantastic!!
