Looking for any blood relatives to my father, who was born William Franklin Fauver on Jan 4 1936 and adopted from Children’s home in Winchester VA at age 4. Adopted parents were Flurnoy and Delphia Peters from Ft BLACKMORE VA in Scott County. He was blonde, blue/green eyes, slim with size 8-9 shoe. He was musically inclined, sang beautifully, & was able to play many instruments/music by ear. He could easily pick up on any trade including carpentry, leather work, art, music & loved to cook, but had a problem with alcohol binge drinking. He passed away in 2009.
