I was born on October 3rd‚ 1959 with a given name of Stephen Concaugh or Steven Carter. I have found both in records. I was placed with Virginia Home Society‚ where I was placed with a foster mother for about 6 months before the couple that became my parents found me. I am now 65‚ was married for 35 years and have two grown daughters and 6 grandchildren. All I know of my biological mother is that she was 16 when she had me‚ and that she had blue eyes and blond hair‚ as did I. I want to be able to meet and personally thank her for making the brave decision to have me and give me up to give me a shot at what she hoped would be a better life.
