Brother born Dec. 6‚ 1983 in Radford‚ Virginia to Ruth Ann Parker. Just started my search for him after 19 years of wishing. He was adopted through Catholic Charities in Roanoke‚ Virginia. This is his sister who longs to meet him‚ I currently live in Newport News‚ Virginia. Please help! He was born when I was 3 years old and I was told about him when I was 7. Our mother wanted to find him when he was an adult‚ but sadly‚ she passed away in 1994.
