I am looking for my brother who was adopted within days after birth. He was adopted out by Commonwealth Catholic Charities by a closed adoption. We have sent medical records of my parents to CCC to send to the adopted parents in an attempt to find him but did not receive a response. CCC will not release information to us being it was a closed adoption. Any help locating him would be greatly appreciated. Best guess from recent studies is he still resides in Virginia somewhere close to the city of Richmond. His birth city was in Roanoke VA.
