On May 13, 2008 my husband Mark received a letter from City of Richmond, Department of Social Services Stating that he had 2 half brothers and 4 half sisters. They wanted to have contact with Mark but at that time he was not sure about it. We have had many conversations since and he agreed to have me his wife Barbara try to locate them. A few months ago I tried to contact the City of Richmond and talked with a lady who was going to have someone call me. No one ever called. Now that Mark is getting older he would like to talk to them and see if they have any health issues or even if they are still alive. We would appreciate any help. Thank you, Barbara
