I am looking for my birth son‚ I named him Lee Neil Carter. He was born at Warrenton Memorial Hospital on May 28‚2002. To me Karla Marie Duncan and his father Richard Lewis Carter. They were both adopted by Lt. Col. Brian Michael Dodson and his wife Renee Dodson in 2005. They lived in Leesburg Virginia‚ before the adoption took place. The adopted parents were to send me updated pictures of the children every 6 months. I only received the one in 11/2005. Lee was adopted with his little sister Shyane Marie Carter dob 05/28/2003. Please help a desperate birth mother find her children.
