I am looking for my birth daughter. I named her Shyane Marie Carter. She was born in Warrenton VA at Fauquier Memorial Hospital on June 16‚2003‚ to me‚ Karla Marie Duncan‚ her father‚ Richard Lewis Carter Sr She has brother Lee Neil Carter‚ dob 05/28/2002. They were adopted by Lt. Col. Brian Michael Dodson and his wife Renee Dodson in 2005. He was transferred to South Dakota in 2005‚they were to send me updated pictures of my kids every 6months. Last and only one I received was in November of 2005. Since then‚ I have been trying to find Shyane and Lee. Please help a desperate birth mother find her children. They were supposed to be adopted together.
