I am searching for a brother that was adopted in or around the Roanoke , Virginia area. His father is my father David Whitlow and his mothers name was Sheryl and was married to my father at the time. I was told by other family members that he was possibly adopted by his mothers sister. I didn’t grow up around any of these people so it has been hard to get many details, I was born and raised in Kentucky. I am 48 years old and he would have been born around me being 10,11,12 years old I think. I don’t have a clue if he knows about or even wants to know me but if possible I would like to find him.
