The adopted parents lived on a naval) army base in Norfolk Virginia at the time of adoption. It is believed that the baby girl was born in Virginia or Louisiana. We do not know not really have much to go on. The adopted parents named the baby girl Carol Ann and they eventually moved back to East Texas. Carol passed away in 2019 but she has 2 kids that would love to know their family. If this sounds familiar please contact me. I am the wife of Carol’s son.
