I believe I was born in District of Columbia as my birth certificate for my passport needed to go through Washington, DC. I was told DC did not have an orphanage in 1964 therefore I was sent to an orphanage in Richmond then adopted through Fairfax County Social Services. I requested copies of my security clearance where the alias section was hole punched to the point of unreadability.
