My uncle was born to a 19 year old old at the Lynchburg Training school and hospital on August 1 1962. We know his name at birth was Ramsey Lee Madison. His birth mom was born 2/15/1943 in Roanoke‚VA. She wasn't able to support herself and him at the time so she gave him up for adoption. We don't know any other information as it has been marked out in all the records we have received. We also know that his birth mom has twin brothers.He just wants to know if he has any other family. And where and who he comes from.
