My mom was pregnant with twins and ferried off to a "building" associated with the Catholic Church in 1969. When she got there they put here to sleep and woke her up to sign two documents for twin girls that were stillborn. She was more than 8 months pregnant. They immediately put her back to sleep after signing two documents and she was later taken home by her abusive husband. My mom now has Alzheimer’s and small details are coming back which leads me to believe she NEVER had an abortion of my twin sisters that she was led to believe. She had names picked out prior to this for boys and girls. The names she picked out for girls were: Laura Marie Heltz Angeline Ruth Heltz The date for birth month and day on this form are not correct but the system would not let me progress further without choosing a perimeter.
