My father was adopted in 1963 and passed away in 2009. I am really interested to find out his birth parents since he never got the chance to. I know he was adopted through the Baptist Children’s Home in Richmond, Virginia. I’m not sure if his birth parents gave him the name Jeffrey Neil or not. His parents were pretty young when they had him.
