I was born in Fairfax Virginia. I was told my biological mother was around 20 or 21 when I was born & the biological father was German and not from the area (possibly in US visiting at the time I was conceived). I was told also the birth mother worked in either family services or Department of Human Services in the Fairfax area. I weighed over 12 lbs. at birth. I was in Foster care until I was around 18 months old.
