I’m searching for my half brother. I have very limited information. I know that he was born at DePaul hospital in/near Norfolk, VA. He was born in February 1960 (16th-20th I believe). His (and my) birth mother was Gladys Irene Morton Freeman (nickname Winkie). The biological father was William Phillips (Bill),a marine, and he was stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC (where he met my mother). Bill was orginally from Hollywood, FL, but also had a home in Falls Church, VA at the time of the birth.
