April Shell born In Warren Memorial Hospital Front Royal Virginia in April of 1987. She was taken the fall of 1992 from our family along with her 2 sisters. They were all adopted out of Warren County Social Services in Front Royal Virginia. Her Birth Mother was Candy Shell and her birth father was Mark Santmyers. I am almost positive that all 3 girls were adopted to the same family. I hope this helps. The sisters names were Natasha Shell and Deanna Shell.
