I’ve never met her. After my brother Jason Blackwell died, I think she was adopted. They were close and I never met either of them. But my older sister Erika Scott did. My name is Kaitlin Stagner. She was born in 1989. I really wanna meet her. She had strawberry blonde hair and was beautiful. I seen pictures of her and my brother. When they were younger. I hope to find her one day.
