My name is Victoria Jefferson(nee Reyes-Peazzoni). I have been searching for my cousin Jose "Reyes Cortez " since about 1998. We are the same age 39. His mother, Delfina Cortez moved to Virginia around 1984 or 1985 with Jose and his little sister Melissa and her then boyfriend "Jeff". She was gone for not quite as year and returned to our hometown Coatesville, PA. However she didn’t return with her children. Nothing has EVER been mentioned about him or his whereabouts. I just want to know is he alive and ok.
