I am searching for any members of my birth family. I was born 7/31/68 and adopted through the Virginia Children’s Home Society in Lynchburg, VA. My adoptive parents were Marvin and Norma Williams, from Buchanan, VA. I was told my birth mother’s name was Deborah Hubbard, who was around 16 at the time of my birth. She was from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia, and her father was a judge. I have not been able to find any information to verify this, or to locate any family members fitting this description.
