I am searching for a sibling or family member that may have information about my birth parents. I was born in Depaul Hospital in Norfolk‚ VA on August 1‚ 1953 and was adopted soon after. My birth parents were Russell C. Bolkcom and Shirley Toy Bolkcom. I am interested in finding any information about my heritage and or possible health issue in the family. If the person with the information does not want to be identified I am ok with that. I would like to gather as much information as possible so that I can a do a ancestry search.
