I am looking to connect with my birth parents. I was adopted by Jeffrey Kent Hoyt and Robin Jean Hoyt in January of 2000 after I was born in Newport News‚ VA. All I know about my birth parents is one was white and the other was brown but not sure what ethnicity my non white parent is. I believe my birth mom is white and birth father is not. I was told my birth mom tried to keep me and went to court but that my birth father did not show up to the hearing so I went home with my current family and parents. I believe my birth mother got help through a church at some point regarding her pregnancy with me. My family lived in Virginia till I was three years old and then we moved away over seas to Dubai. I am now 26 and live back in Virginia.
