My mother Pamela Dawn Keen was sent to Evangeline Booth Salvation Army Maternity Home in Richmond Virginia when she was 14 years old. She gave birth when she was 15 to a baby boy with blonde hair who she named Shawn Lee Keen on July 26, 1972 at Medical college of Virginia hospital. She tried to visit him about a year later but was turned away through the maternity home. The foster care did relay that he had epilepsy and sent her a picture when he was 1 year old. My mother and I would like to find out any information as well as my mother consenting to any information he may want to seek.
