I’m looking for my cousin, born Timothy Grant Manuel born 12/06/1959 to his Mother Lillian Irene Manuel, born 03/26/1927 in Washington County Virginia. Lillian became terminally ill & put Timothy up for adoption. She past away on 12/18/1963. She was the daughter of Bertha & Linsey Manuel. Timothy was adopted shortly after that & we were told that the family that adopted him also adopted another boy from the area, but the boy’s names were changed & they moved to the Front Royal, Va area. I have been told that Timothy has returned to the Washington County Va area looking for his biological family & I hope that if he sees this that he will contact me. I have been searching for him for many years & would love to get in touch with him. I was told that his name might be “Brandon,” he is married & possibly works on a farm in the Northern Va area!
