My son‚ Joshua James Elliott‚ was born in Barksdale Air Force base hospital 12 December 1975‚ and was the 2nd born of twins. His elder brother was stillborn. I was in the Army stationed at Fort Polk‚ Louisiana when he was born. Unfortunately we struggled to survive after 2 years‚ and I couldn’t care for him. I had to relinquish my rights in Newport News‚ Virginia in March 1978. I have been searching for him for quite some time now.
