Hi. I was born June 1 1974 in Norfolk VA. I don’t know my parents names‚ but my name was Brenda Barnes at the time of birth. My name was changed to Brenda Victoria Ash in 1983 when I was adopted by ‚ Madeline and Zachariah Ash. Alll was told that l was born at Norfolk Community Hospital which no longer exists. I was taken from my birth my mother by the state when l was 3 years old. Not sure why. I always wanted to find my both parents and if l have any other siblings. Please help if you can
