Jeanne Wismer (maiden) Rackham mother dob: 01/08/1948 Baby girl born at St Vincent DePaul Hospital, Hampton Roads, VA (some time between 1968-1974) (I think before 1972 but unsure. I don’t remember my mother being pregnant). She had pneumonia when the baby girl was born and the baby was sick. My mother told the agency that she would keep the baby if the adoptive parents changed their minds.
