I am searching for the birth parents of my Fiance John Samuel Wieber he goes by Sam (the name is adopted parents gave him). We believe he was born in, or around the Richmond, VA area on May 31, 1984. We believe his birth parents were some how involved in a Richmond School System. Whether they were teachers, administrators or students, we are not sure. We were told his foster name was Frederick. Sam is 6’1" and very lean. He has green/hazel eyes and brown hair. Please help me find my Fiance’s birth parents! He did the Ancestry.com DNA test but the closest match was a 2nd cousin and so far we have not been able to get anywhere in our search. Thank you!
