My name is Pilar Adams my children Niema Amber Hopkins (9/7/11) Natalia Penelope Hopkins (11/22/13) Abigail Grace Hopkins (10/22/15) they were place in a foster home in Richmond va and have been separated from there oldest sister NiAzja Kenya Hopkins which who has been adopted. Me and NiAzja have a relationship and she hasn’t seen her sister or talk to them since 2016 the adoptive parents have isolated her completely from her siblings please help me find my daughters I never have stopped looking for them! I know there still young but any info would help
