I am looking for biological relatives of my father. His adoption was finalized in 1959 in Botetourt County, along with his biological brother. They were both in foster care and I believe they had been removed from the home in Fincastle, VA. Their biological family’s last name was Molter. Unfortunately, my father has passed away but he did meet with his birth mother and a sister just months before his death. I am in touch with another biological sister that lives in WV.
