Looking for a brother born sometime around 1970. Our mothers name is Susie Ann Wood (Sue or Susan), her birthday is September 28th 1955. She was also adopted so not sure if her birth place would be listed as Virginia where her adopted parents and she lived or if it would actually say Oil City Pennsylvania where she was born. I know little info on my brother I’m looking for except our mom was between 13-15 when she became pregnant or gave birth (1968-1972 ish), Have been told two different stories. Was told baby was adopted out of Virginia ( maybe Catholic Charities) and also that baby was born in Charlotte NC.
