My name is Virginia Burke, The daughter of Monica Farley and Douglas Burke. I am trying to locate a brother who was taken away at birth. I was told they named him Christopher. At the time we were residing in Springfield Virginia, and it must have been anywhere between 1996-1999. This child was taken for medical reasons, and not given up by choice. The hospital would have been in Fairfax County. I am 27 and i believe i was between 4 and 6 when he was born.
