Birth name of adopted: Bich Van Ngo. Born in Saigon April 1970 by a single mom (bio mother was about 29 when she gave birth). The birth mom pregnant by a Korean soldier (is what her adoptive family said). My adoptive mom is Dao T ngo- also from Saigon. Dao was a jeweler- sold diamonds and jewelry in Vietnam back then. We do not know the birth mothers name no adoption documents or birth certificate from Vietnam.
