My name is Linh Pham but I was told my birth name was Hoa (last name unknown). I was adopted when I was two months old and know very little of my biological parents. My adoptive mother and father are not forthcoming with information they may know. Here is what I know of my biological parents and the circumstance surrounding my birth: - I was born in southern Vietnam but my adoptive mother can’t "remember" the city. My parents lived in Racgai at the time but I was from another city. - I was adopted at 2 months old while my biological father was out of town. - I had a sister that drown (supposedly) but am unaware of any other siblings existing at that time. - My mom was a second wife - My adoptive mother was introduced to my biological mother through a local temple - I’ve been told at one point or another that Danang people are my people. - My biological dad supposedly returned to one of my adoptive family member’s home looking for me on more than one occasion and even left a letter. However now my adoptive mother said that never happened.
