On my official document my name is : Lê Thá»‹ PhÆ°Æ¡ng Hoa and they have also written my mother’s name Lê Thá»‹ yên PhÆ°Æ¡ng. My name was given by the hospital and the agency my parents went through was with someone called Monique. Additionally‚ nuns used to take care of me one which was very kind called LUU THU HONG (sister Lucienne). The Vietnamese names might be mispelled as I’m not Vietnamese. I am looking for relatives and/or biological parents.
